Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Cutback (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") regarding the Cutback services provided by the Company.
Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1.
"Paid Service" refers to the electronic payment means issued by the Company, which can be used to utilize Cutback services.
2.
"Service" refers to all the services provided by the Company through Cutback.
Interpretation of Terms
1.
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation thereof shall follow the Content Industry Promotion Act, the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the guidelines for the protection of content users set by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, other relevant laws, or customary practices.
2.
For video content provided in the service with the permission of copyright holders or content providers, the laws and treaties of the content provider's country of nationality may apply.
Membership and Management
1.
The contract is established when the applicant agrees to the contents of these Terms and Conditions during the membership registration process and the Company accepts the application.
2.
The applicant must use real information, and one person may only apply for one membership.
3.
Members who do not provide their real name or real information will not be legally protected and may be restricted from using the service.
4.
Members must notify the Company of any changes to their registered information either online or via email.
5.
The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by the Member's failure to notify changes to their information.
6.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.
Company’s Obligations
1.
The Company shall make every effort to provide stable and continuous services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.
The Company must establish a security system to protect personal information to ensure that Members can use the service safely.
3.
The Company shall immediately address any justified opinions or complaints from Members. If immediate resolution is not possible, the Company shall inform the Member of the reason and the schedule for resolution.
Member’s Obligations
1.
Members must comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Company’s notices, and the service usage guidelines, and must not engage in any of the following acts:
a.
Providing false information during service application or modification
b.
Using another person’s information or payment methods
c.
Modifying the information posted by the Company or interfering with the service
d.
Collecting, storing, posting, or distributing other Members' personal or account information without permission
e.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise copying, dismantling, imitating, or altering the service
f.
Using hacking, automatic connection programs, or other abnormal methods to use the service, thereby overloading the Company’s servers and disrupting normal service
g.
Lending or transferring accounts to third parties or granting access rights to third parties
h.
Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) prohibited by the Company
i.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, promotion, or commercial use of information obtained through the Company’s service, or exploiting known or unknown bugs to use the service
j.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
k.
Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
l.
Using the program for purposes other than video editing
m.
Engaging in illegal or unfair acts

Members must comply with relevant laws, these Terms and Conditions, usage guidelines, and notices related to the service, and must not interfere with the Company’s operations.
3.
Members are responsible for managing their ID, password, and payment information, and the Company is not responsible for issues arising from poor management by the Member.
Service Use
1.
Members shall use the service in compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2.
Members may use the service once the Company accepts their application. However, some services may only be available after meeting specific conditions or on specified dates.
3.
The service is available 24/7, year-round. However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons. In such cases, the Company will notify Members in advance, or if advance notice is not possible, notify them afterward.
4.
The Company may set or change the types and number of devices that can access the service for each Member.
5.
Members must follow the Company's FUP (Fair Use Policy) when using the service.
a.
The FUP (Fair Use Policy) is a policy that requires Members to use the service reasonably and responsibly in services that allow unlimited use.
b.
Members must select an appropriate plan based on their occupation and business size, and the Company prohibits malicious use such as abnormal API expansion, bot creation, or account sharing.
c.
If activities suspected to be excessive usage or sharing of login details with other users are detected, the account may be blocked or permanently deleted without prior notice, and no refunds will be given.
6.
Members must obtain a license following the Company's instructions to use the service, and the Company will provide the service after confirming the license issuance.
7.
The Company may classify Members into different grades and differentiate their usage time, frequency, and service menus.
8.
Matters related to the use of the service not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall follow the Company’s guidelines posted on the website or separately announced.
Purchase of Exclusive Gift Certificates
1.
The Company may sell exclusive gift certificates for a fee or provide them for free for promotions or events. Exclusive gift certificates may be issued under various names such as ‘Cash,’ ‘Coupon,’ etc., depending on their purpose, such as purchasing, discounting, or free use of video content.
2.
The Company will appropriately notify Members of the following details within the service to ensure that Members fully understand the transaction conditions and can make purchases without mistakes or errors:
a.
The Company's name, representative’s name, address, and contact information
b.
Verification and selection of the exclusive gift certificate, selection of the purchase method, entry of payment information, confirmation of the purchase application, type and price, usage method, usage period, and other specific details
c.
The deadline, method, and effects of exercising the right to withdraw from the purchase and terminate the contract, and refund policies
d.
Matters related to consumer compensation, complaint handling, and dispute resolution
3.
The Company may refuse, withhold, or cancel approval for the purchase of exclusive gift certificates in the following cases:
a.
If the applicant is not using their real name or is using someone else’s name
b.
If false information is provided or required information is not provided
c.
If there is insufficient service-related infrastructure or if there are technical or business-related issues
d.
If the purchase of exclusive gift certificates is deemed to be made through misuse, such as bulk purchases from the same IP, consecutive purchases from similar IDs, or purchases from risky IPs
e.
If a minor under the age of minimum age applies without the consent of a legal representative
f.
If payment is not actually made or is unlikely to be made
g.
If the purchase application for exclusive gift certificates is deemed to harm the interests of the Company or third parties

The purchase contract for exclusive gift certificates is established when the Company displays the completion of the purchase or notifies the Member during the application process.
5.
After agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and making payment for the purchase of exclusive gift certificates, Members can use the certificates within the service. Free exclusive gift certificates can be used after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
6.
The order in which exclusive gift certificates are used follows the usage guidelines of the service platform operated by the Company.
7.
The Company may change or abolish the types, prices, and quantities of exclusive gift certificates after prior notice to Members. If such changes or abolition are disadvantageous to Members, the Company must individually notify them through electronic means such as email, electronic messages, or consent windows upon login.
8.
If the Member cannot use previously purchased exclusive gift certificates under the conditions specified at the time of purchase due to changes or abolition made by the Company, the Company will compensate the Member appropriately.
Order and Payment
1.
By clicking the “Purchase,” “Pay,” or “Confirm” buttons, Members form a contract for paid services according to these Terms and Conditions and the posted purchase conditions, and the usage fee is charged. The payment and collection of fees generally follow the policies or methods of the payment method selected by the Member.
2.
Unless otherwise announced in the service, paid services commence as soon as payment is completed.
3.
If a Member purchases a "subscription payment" product, the usage fee will be automatically charged every month through the registered payment method, and the service period will be automatically renewed on the same date of the following month. If the specified payment date is not included in a particular month, the payment will be made on the last day of that month.
4.
If a Member changes to a different paid service during usage, a new usage fee will be charged from the change date, and the remaining amount of the previously paid fee will be applied to the new paid service.
